    课题经过立项以来的一年研究,基本达到了立项时对于第一年的考核指标,各子课题任务进度与预期一致,其中任务一西部地区有色矿渣的物化特性及资源化利用研究,完成了有色冶金固废的调研及初步测试,完成了有色冶金固废原料的物理化学性质研究。任务二镁基固废辅助激发冶金固废制备生态胶凝材料技术研究,完成了超细粉磨物理活化和化学激发耦合作用对有色冶金渣的激发的试验研究;完成了水氯镁石辅助激发铅锌渣制备生态胶凝材料的原料配比设计,开展制备生态胶凝材料的系统试验。任务三可控温水合盐相变材料制备与性能研究完成了盐湖化工副产品水合氯化镁和水合氯化钙样品采集、组成分析工作,完成了相变储能材料的成分和工艺筛选,确定了复合相变材料的组分;初步实现了水合盐相变材料的稳定吸放热循环。任务四相变储热无机骨料的封装制备与性能研究,水合盐相变材料的无机包覆研究中,使用了免烧和烧结两种方案制备无机外壳,受限于任务二内部水合盐材料的产品还没有完全确定,所以外壳材料尚未最终确定,从目前研究进展看外壳强度已接近项目目标。任务五抗盐溶侵蚀—抗冻融—可储热的生态建材制备技术研究尚未开展,等待研究任务二完成后结合研究任务四进行。任务六研究抗盐溶侵蚀—抗冻融—可储热生态建材的应用示范正在进行示范工程任务选址考察工作。 After one-year research of the project,the task has basically reached the assessment index for the first year.The progress of each sub-task is consistent well with the expectation.In sub-task one(Research on the characteristics and resource utilization of non-ferrous slag in the western region)the research and preliminary test of non-ferrous metallurgical slag have been done,and the properties of non-ferrous metallurgical slag has been analysis.In sub-Task 2(Research on the preparation of ecological cementitious materials by magnesium based solid waste auxiliary excitation metallurgical solid waste technology),the excitation of non-ferrous metallurgical slag by the coupling effect of physical activation and chemical excitation has studied;the raw material ratio design of ecological cementitious materials by the auxiliary excitation of bischofite lead-zinc slag has been carried out,the system test of the preparation of ecological cementitious materials also has been done.In sub-task 3(preparation and performance research of controllable temperature hydrated salt phase change material),the collection and composition analysis of hydrated magnesium chloride and hydrated calcium chloride by-products of Salt Lake chemical industry has been done,the composition and process selection of phase change energy storage material has been researched,and the stable heat absorption and release cycle of hydrated salt phase change material has been initially realized.In sub-task 4(the packaging preparation and performance research of inorganic aggregate for phase change heat storage),there are two different way to do the inorganic coating research of hydrated salt phase change material,non-sintering and sintering method.The product of hydrated salt material in sub-task 2 has not been completely determined,so the shell material has not been finally decided.According to the current research progress,the shell strength is close to the final goal.The sub-task 5(the research on the preparation technology of ecological building materials that can resist salt solution erosion,freeze-thaw and heat storage)has not been started yet,and it will be carried out in combination with sub-task 4 after the completion of sub-task 2.In sub-task 6(demonstration of salt corrosion resistance,freeze-thaw resistance and heat storage ecological building materials),the site of the demonstration project is still the under investigation.
