    2019年至今,在美国罗德岛大学研究团队的指导下和2018年研究基础上确定了海藻多糖制备中试工艺(100-1000 g级),得到11种海藻多糖,其中总量超过250 g的符合国家水产行业标准的海藻多糖3个。利用质谱和核磁共振等波谱解析技术鉴定了两个海藻多糖的结构,其它海藻多糖的结构正在鉴定中。与美国加州大学洛杉矶分校合作,通过小鼠实验评价了28种海藻多糖防治高脂饮食引起的肥胖和7种多糖治疗II型糖尿病的效果,各发现2种多糖具有较好的防治肥胖和II型糖尿病的作用,其减肥效果与调节肠道菌群结构和代谢酶组成有关。 In 2019,under the instruction of the research group from University of Rhode Island and based on last year’s findings,the preparation technology for 100 g grade of seaweed polysaccharides were confirmed and 11 kinds of seaweed polysaccharides were prepared,including three polysaccharides(total amount larger than 250 g)meet the relevant national technical standards.The structure of two seaweed polysaccharides was identified by spectral analysis techniques such as mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance.Monosaccharide composition and connection mode of these two polysaccharides were determined,structural identification of other polysaccharides are ongoing.Through cooperation with the research group from UCLA,the effects of 28 kinds of seaweed polysaccharides in preventing obesity and 7 seaweed polysaccharides in alleviating type 2 diabetes were evaluated.Two polysaccharides showed good anti-obesity effects and the efficacy was closely associated with their regulatory effects on gut microbiota composition and gut microbial functional gene abundance.Two polysaccharides showed potent hypoglycemic effects and the mechanism is under investigation.

    2018年至今,与浙江大学、美国罗德岛大学和加州大学洛杉矶分校合作,通过单因素和响应面优化实验确定了海藻多糖制备的小试(1-10g级)和中试(100-1000g级)的最佳工艺,得到18种海藻多糖,其中超过250g的符合国家水产行业标准的海藻多糖3个。利用质谱和核磁共振等波谱解析技术鉴定了其中一个海藻多糖分级组分的结构,其它海藻多糖的结构正在鉴定。通过小鼠实验评价了18种海藻多糖缓解高脂饮食引起的肥胖和血糖紊乱的效果,发现2种多糖具有较好的减肥和降血糖作用,其药理作用与调节肠道菌群结构及宿主肠道菌共代谢密切相关 Since 2018,through cooperation with Zhejiang University,University of Rhode Island and UCLA,we solved the key techniques for small scale(1-10 g)and medium scale(100-1000g)preparation and purification of fucoidan from three brown algae by single factor optimization and response surface methodology experiments,and prepared 18 seaweed polysaccharides,three of which with weight in excess of 250 g meet the relevant national technical standards.The structure of one fucoidan was identified by spectral analysis techniques such as mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance,and others were ongoing.At the same time,the effects of the 18 seaweed polysaccharides on alleviating obesity and blood glucose disorder caused by high-fat diet were evaluated by animal experiments.It was found that the two polysaccharides showed excellent anti-obesity and hypoglycemic effects,and their pharmacological effects were associated with gut microbiota structure and host-gut microbiota co-metabolism.
